Contest Brief

Need some design proposal for a roof top terrace garden of a row house. I am attaching a colour plan showing the terrace. A CAD plan as well but the Cad plan has a lounge instead of a terrace however that will provide you with a outline for designing the terrace. Therefore refer to the coloured layout image to work on the terrace area. You can design the access door to the terrace as well and think about the lighting.
If I am not clear please ask your questions.
I am also providing an image of the façade. Please note that this is a budget friendly house so no expensive materials to be used like composite deck etc, it should be a onice place to enjoy for a family (throughout the year, as it is a hot climate) with some greenery. Planters or potted plants, no lawn (or very limited area) and not difficult to maintain. You may add pergola, tents or any shading system, sun umbrella or else. And before all it should be appealing. Please provide a 3D view to express your concept.

  Thank you Marco but that's not the spirit I am looking at. In the brief I informed this is for an affordable housing. What you design is way too costly. I'll post a picture of the façade
