Hello! Thank you for posting this contest. I'm working on a 3D render for it. Can you please specify what materials should be used for the building facades? I've learnt carefully the pdf document and haven't found precise information. My main concern is the 'brown' part on the previous minecraft-style render - is it concrete on this part? Thanks in advance for your answer!

  Hello! The brown part is concrete, however if you feel that it would look better in any other material you can feel free to change it. Materials decisions are not yet finalized

  that view point is fine although feel free to change it. We are not set for anything in particular. Also, it doesn't have to be just the free standing building, if you want to put it next to other buildings it is fine too. Just keep in mind that the building is located in Miami.

Could you increase the prize? To give a realistic look to an image, a good time is needed. I'm sure lots of good artists will join the contest if the prize was more adequate.
