Contest Brief

I would like a T-shirt design that is cartoon like. Id like the design for the back of a shirt that is round in shape. It needs to be beach themed. Main focus is a State trooper riding a majestic dolphin. He needs to be wearing a Campaign Hat and flying a flag. Under the ocean-another cartoon wrestling a fish. Perhaps having the fish in a headlock. In the distance above water in the backgound- a woman in a boat spear fishing.
