Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in software project management and the ability to develop a Hybrid project management plan. Based on the attach scope of works I require assistance with risk register, quality assurance plan, security of application plan, change management methodology, cost estimation and project scheduling methodology, but not user interface design or development. Sample forms and timelines to be included. I will provide the information for the cost estimate and schedule using your methodology. I will also provide any other project specific information which is needed to "plug into" your plan/methodology.

Based on the attach scope of works the Hybrid project management plan should be clear, well-defined and easy to understand. There should also be detailed descriptions of the project processes, deliverables, timelines, risk management (identify top 5 project risks) and budget estimates. I need someone who is reliable and able to assess risks and provide solutions to minimize their impact. Communication with project stakeholders must be clear, concise and accurate throughout the duration of the project. Familiarity with methodology, tools and practices from multiple project management models such as Agile and Waterfall are all required as well. Based on the attach scope of works you must detail a methodology proposal/project plan detailing the schedule, materials to be used with clear timelines for completion. Identify tools, typical project organization structure etc.
