Contest Brief

We need to update our building plans to using the archicad files (to be provided) so that the windows are labelled correctly and the sizes are also correct. I will provide details once I've selected a freelancer. But the details of windows are attached in one of the pdf. The plans as you can see are a bit wrong.
You will be updating to plans, provide us with a full set of plans (not just these 4 pages), dwg drawings, and the updated archicad file.

Other than windows, second change is structural - we would like to remove the porch and extend the living room where the porch was - as shown in plans. You'd need to update square footage etc. This is shown in the 1-31-18 file. I just edited the pdf to make it look like what we want. And you'll show a new set of steps as shown in this file.

Would also need to update the roof plan. We are using scissor trusses with internal slope of 4/12 and outer slope of 6/12. This isn't correctly depicted in the plans.

Some more lights on the electric plans - I'll provide details.

Lastly, remove the chimney.

I need this as soon as possible, cause the construction is halted due to this.
