I need urgently a website to be built from scratch for my IAS institute.time duration 3 days,

what the site will be
1.static website with the main purpose of just providing basic information about courses, fee structure, our infrastructure, test series details, new announcements, contact details, etc
2.i already have a website(www.ajayias.com)(under development) to provide online classes as well as other online programmes such as test series.results, answer writing etc.
3.so this website we are creating only to serve as a static website containing info
4.this site won't have any other feature other than providing info
5.we will use our website ajayias.com to conduct all online programmes because that site has been built for that purpose and we intend to keep that as the main functional website
6.this site will only contain the links to the programmes offered by ajayias.com.for example here on this new site you are going to build there might be a programme called test series.clicking on the test series should take the students to the test series programme page in ajayias.com.this new site you are building will only be used as an advertising page, this site need not have any functionality other than containing links and words.
7.so this site just needs to look good, visibly appealing, and open the tabs and pages seamlessly and stay functional without crashing.

I understand that this might look irrational and unnecessary to have just website for containing info and links without doing anything else .i agree .but I am doing this because I have recently decided to offer offline classroom programmes also rather than just offer online classes.so we urgently need a site to contain info about our classroom programmes.the name of the site will Ram's IAS study circle.com(i will check the availability of the domain address).so I am the owner of both of these programmes.and i am going to offer
1.offline classroom programmes under the name rams IAS study circle
2.online classes under the name www.ajayias.com

so you can understand the reason for the small budget

what you need to build
1.website just like http://vajiramandravi.com
2.need all the features provided here in this site(very important donot miss any feature .you dont have to build any test series or anything else inside it.we have already a website offering them.what you need to do is display the info "test series" as a tab.clicking on this tab should direct the visitors to my site www.ajayias.com.where we have test series and other programmes.)
3.you can copy the same format since i find this way of presentation of info suitable and relevant for my institute
4.need a chat box for students to leave messages and interact with visitors
5.3just like the reference site has customised copyright free images I need copyright free images uploaded relevant to the feature

displaying your work
1.show screenshots or video links of your progress
2.show your work in a demosite and give me access to the demo site by sending me the login id and password through whatsapp to this no ram.8825922099.
