  I would like to suggest you all to re-listen to him again , and again ,,, try to match his pace and timing ( the time he took for each word ) try to match his "Leader" resonance , we need a loud voice ... but we dont need it to sound like he is only shouting on them ... rather than asking them as a leader
  
  try to listen to him again ... watch and listen to it second by second .... word by word
  
  it is a very beautiful performance from this actor and an epic moment in the movie ... lets try to make an epic match to it as much as possible

     make it epic man .... watch that part of the movie ... it is very inspiring .... make it epic ..... listen to him ... he is superior ... he is giving a new definition to manhood ... to preparation ... to being ready ... to being a leader ......... imagine all that and then ask the question .... imagine them in front of you ... imagine a team who really got ready for years ... and you prepared them for this

     you can submit it as a google drive link in the entry
     so you can submit any image as entry ... then in the description of the entry , submit a link to google drive that has the recording
