Very strange. Out of 71 entries, the contest holder chose to select a writer with zero experience, awarded him a 100 dollar contest and rated him 1 star with a review "very poor writing quality". Out of 71, there were several seasoned writers with great portfolios who were even not rated and that's very unfortunate
