Your project is directly aligned with my experience. I can work from the registered .RCP point cloud and produce the complete documentation entirely in AutoCAD/DWG, without using Revit for the final production. I can develop: • Accurate floor plans for all scanned levels • Roof plan • Complete exterior elevations • Minimum two architectural building sections • Walls, doors, windows, openings, structural/architectural elements and visible details extracted directly from the point cloud • Levels, dimensions, annotations and architectural references • Clean lineweights and linetypes • Organized layers following your provided CAD template • Final DWG files and matching PDF sheets My workflow is based on direct verification against the registered point cloud, using section cuts and orthographic views to accurately identify wall positions, openings, floor and ceiling levels, façade geometry and roof profiles. I am also comfortable working with high-density point clouds and architectural as-built projects where accuracy and drafting quality are more important than simply tracing approximate geometry. I can start immediately. For the timeframe, I would first review the .RCP file, number of floors, building area and your previous sample project. For a small-to-medium building, I would initially estimate approximately 5–7 working days, depending on the amount of architectural detail required. My bid is USD 250 for the initial scope. Once I review the point cloud and sample deliverable, I can confirm whether the complete project fits within this scope or should be divided into milestones. I can also produce a first floor / drawing sample so you can verify my drafting accuracy, layer organization and interpretation of the point cloud before continuing with the remaining documentation.
