The rubber insert is 2.4mm thick and exactly 150mm long when folded around, it should insert 5mm into the shoe. It will be PETG printed, I just tested an it prints well. The 3d model of the part is attached, it has screw holes that can be removed. I would like the rubber to be a tight fit so I don't need to glue or can use minimal glue.
