Hello. I just moved to Tampa Fl. and I started an IT company. I need a direct marketer to go to local businesses and find out what they do for their I.T. solutions and have them open helpdesk tickets and projects with my company. My business revolves around live chat so when the customer goes to my website, they are greeted instantly with a way to show us the issues they are having. There is no hold time. We also bill in 15 minute increments so the customer pays only for the time that they use. I also have 8 hr blocks @ 25% off and 40 hr blocks @ 50% off.
