To be up front with my current situation the mobile dev group I have been working with previously is trying to tell me that to implement these Phase 1.1 updates the whole app needs to be converted to and it will add a large cost to what has already been proposed for Phase 1.1. From everything I have read there is NOT a requirement to update immediately to just to make updates to existing Xamarin Apps to be able to publish to the App...
