Hello, I am using Ninja Forms with their Highrise (CRM) Add-on. This Ninja add on feature allows the fields in a form to stream into Highrise, which saves a data entry step. This plug in has worked for me for the past 3-4 years. It is now bugged. Particularly tasks are now showing up and my custom fields are not being populated with my input data.
