I am in need of a skilled software developer to create a Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) based application for an HDMI capture card. Application will use the SDK provided with capture card. Working sample applications available with the SDK and same needs to be modified as per the requirement. The application will be a desktop-based application, and will interact with capture card using SDK function. I'm looking for someone who is creative and will be able to provide a quality work within my budget.
I have 2 drawings here which have been completed and set up with microstation. I will supply the files and all xrefs. The drawings show the underground services for a site which need to be annotated as follows: - Manipulate viewport so you can fit other text and box onto page - ID points of lines where they change direction or end and place into a table on drawing - table is made, you just need to update the points and label them on the drawing - Dimension the lines on the drawing so they're clear and can be read. - Make room on the drawing for the section views which have been made I have attached a completed drawing and some redline mark ups of the 2 drawings that need to be completed.

I have an XML file. That has to be parsed and some CSV files have to be generated using Visual Studio 2022 (using Visual C++ & MFC). Example input file is attached. Description of the seven output files is given in the Excel file. Required skill is XML parsing. Deliverable for this assignment is the complete Visual Studio Solution (along with the source code). There are some improvements need to do as following 1. use installer to assember the files, let user choose default or customerized install steps, Add version number to exe. 2. for the result list, there are 3 different kinds in category. Wrote a selector in column to show or not show some kinds of category in result. 3. the software need to check remote service avaiablitiy, if not, pop up a message for user contract. 4. when main function runs, hide the debug command line window, and show the progress bar. 5. when right click the element in result list, give option to download the corresponding picture. Please write 'GGD' in your head of response.
