The objective is to work through the dataset to identify the shortest route from a Start Point, through ALL points once and then return to the Start Point. CSV data will be provided in a basic form using ‘From’ and ‘To’ IDs and planar x,y coordinates. I have a .dgnlib file with a few hundred linestyles. A lot of the linestyles have text (see attachment). Sometimes the text comes in at 0.8mm high, sometimes it is at 5mm high, sometimes 2500mm high. We need to have 7 separate, large DTM terrain files converted to LandXML format files. Total size for all the files is about 1 GB. Files will be provided via WeTransfer link. Note: We're not sure if these DTM files were generated with Microstation InRoads or InRail or another software.

I need to produce two shapefiles. One should contain polygons representing mires (wetlands) in an small area located in the Northern Europe.
