The programming language to be used will be ASP.NET and I do not need any additional services such as hosting or database management. Therefore, I need someone who can help with fixing existing bugs and enhancing existing features in the existing application. The function that I need writing is for bounds identification (so left indet, right indent, top indent and bottom indent), of the start of an image, a colour to ignore would be given that would not be taken into consideration (let's call it a background colour, but may not necessarily be white).
