We had this form in place once, and it wrote its data to Quickbase, so we know this is technically feasible. The form data is the first step in creating a new license record in Quickbase. Essentially, we need a customizable plugin that gets QuickBase data and HTML5 geolocation and displays it in the content area of our theme. The API generating reports out of Quickbase has already been built. The idea is to build a plugin around this API that builds on the Events Manager plugin: We'll need the same sorts of functionality this plugin has - but obviously, we're routing through quickbase, so the management of events is already happening there and not in WordPress. Basically, you'll need to allow us to manage the display of the events with maximum flexibility - allowing for geo-specific activation of display and administration/activation of all fields.
