It requires the macro to loop through a list of symbols from a sheet, scrap data from the site and paste the data to the sheet. The list consists of around 1800 symbols. It will need to do this for all txt files that equal a certain condition once a day. We can do this on a dedicated windows machine. I am an amateur horse racing punter. I download horse race form from I wish to take the horse racing data on Sheet 1 then have a google sheets macro NOT an excel macro which will find Horse 1's form then transfer it to start at Sheet 2,Cell A10, then find Horse 2's form then transfer to start at Sheet 2, Cell A52, Horse 3's form then transfer to start at Sheet 2, A94 , etc. Clearly 42 rows are between each horses form and some horses do not race so no race form there so these cells will be blank. I have a word document that contains multiple tables (body tables) and a summary table. The main body tables get copied, deleted, and modified (rows added/deleted). The tables have 3 columns and "unlimited" rows. The goal is to create a VBA macro that copies the contents of any body table cell in the B column based on the value of the C column in the same row. The copied cell contents would be placed as text only (no link) at the bottom of the summary table - i.e. a new row would be created at the bottom of the summary table and the text entered in to the B column cell. Need a program for excel that will take raw trading data and separate it into common coin/buy/sell groups and total the individual groups.
