I have a bitmap logo that needs to be converted to a vector artwork, preferrably Adobe Illustrator 2020 or earlier. The text in the final vector should remain editable text. Paths and colors should be as accurate as possible so ideally the final vector reproduction will appear indistinguishable from the reference logo. The logo is over 15 years old and I have no other information on it, such as colors or fonts, so it's expected that the designer will be able to interpret whatever is needed from the image alone.

I have 1194 comic illustration files that need to be batch vectorized. Lines and text need to be clean and easily legible. Images are black and white and mostly line drawn. Batch vectorization software is a must as the number of images to do manually would be prohibitively expensive for me. My old work is small and low resolution, but does respond well to at least the one vectorizing software I have been able to try free (vectorizer works well at default settings, but requires scripting for batch work). I have an an image, could be jpeg, png, bitmap etc, on windows. Varying width and height and resolution. I will run the solution in powershell. I would like the image placed onto a PDF 8.5"x11", so the width of the image is scaled 6" wide, and the right and top margin are 1" and 1". A command line sample assuming the name "" for the input image will be sufficient, or a powershell script. I would like to specify the output pdf file name as well on the command line. I would also like a command line sample to rotate the image -90, 0, 90, or 180 degrees whether it is image magick or some other powershell command.

We have a logo we like for our community garden, but it is a low-res bit map.
