I'd like to use animated short film style of animation, as this would fit perfectly in the story I'm looking to tell. Additionally, I'd like the video to have voice overs, leveraging the power of storytelling to really emphasize the message and gravity of the issue. Lastly, I'm looking for the length of the video to cover all the words and be either short (<30 Seconds), medium (30-90 Seconds) or long (>90 Seconds). We need a high-definition virtual roulette wheel animation for a gaming system we have developed. The project will consist of making 38 short animated movies consisting of a roulette ball landing in each of the winning numbers on a Double Zero roulette wheel, i.e. 1 - 36, 0 and 00. We will also need a top-ariel view of the whole wheel spinning for a couple of seconds, before zooming into each of the winning numbers.
