I am looking for someone to do data entry into Zoho CRM from scanned documents. I prefer someone who has experience working with Zoho CRM. I will be doing a video call to go over the process and map out fields on the scanned documents and the system. I want to get this job done within 2 weeks so I would prefer someone who has a team in place to do the task.

We have been using Zoho Phonebridge and a German provider Sipgate but the telephone quality was often interrupted and did not work for minutes or hours. We then were lured into using Zoho's own phone solution. The reliability improved but unfortunately, it became 3x more expensive (because it counts every call attempt, even if not call has happend) and therefore. Going back to Sipgate one option (and face varying quality of connections) or try something new. I hope that Amazon Connect. I am expecting the connection to allow to create all the standard reports. We had nothing changed from Sipgate to Zoho and it worked. If there is a problem possibility it is likely to be on Amazon's side. Core skill required is probably Amazon Customer Connect on AWS

I need an app for Apple and Android for a financial management course. It's a 12 week course where new content is released on a regular basis. The content is text at the moment but phase two will have video content added. It would need to alert clients when new content is available and encourage them to login to complete the course. Ideally it would communicate data back to our CRM (Zoho) to show a client's progress in the course.
