Someone slipped me an audio file that seems to be looping the same short clip. Right now it is buried under hiss, distortion, low-level vocals and a noticeable echo, so I can only catch fragments of words. I have tried to enhance the file myself but to no sucess I need a seasoned audio engineer with the right tools (iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or similar) to strip away every layer of noise, lift the vocal as clearly as possible, and tame the echo without introducing artifacts.
