I would like to schedule a 4 hour consultation to run various IMPLAN scenarios over 4 hours. At the end of the project I would like to be emailed the results that are specified as important. You must have access to IMPLAN commercial license and be permitted to use it in this consultative effort. You must be an expert who can both run these models and interpret the results.
