I want to implement MWSN with hybrid hierarchical clustering approach (HHCA) for three layers. This approach is the extension of LEACH approach. HHCA has been proposed for WSN in 2017 and has been tested on WSN with static sensor nodes.I want to test this approach on WSN with mobile nodes and do performance analysis of HHCA for MWSN and compare the results in terms of packet loss ratio,network lifetime and energy loss ratio.

I want a program to cipher text divided in three steps. The first step would be a usual 3x3 Hill cipher using 36 characters, the second step would be taking each entry of the resulting 3x1 vector and change it using a base 6, for example, if the resulting from step 1 is p = [18,9,34] we would change it for [6x3 + 0, 6x1 + 3, 6x5 + 4] rearrange the resulting numbers (3,0,1,3,5,4) into a 2x1 vector by doing the next process: p = [36x"3" + 6x"0" + "1";36x"3" + 6x"5" + 4], this 2x1 vector would have 216 possible characters, the last step would be to apply a 2x2 Hill cipher to that vector and that would be the resulting ciphered text. All of this with its inverse process to decipher.
