I need to create a blur effect after opening the menu on all other items outside the menu in OpenCart 3. I have a POCO template (from MozaEngine) installed. The menu is in HTML + CSS code with dynamic display of graphics when hovering over submenu items. I am looking for someone familiar with OpenCart, much less the Poco theme.

Hi I need someone to create me custom product in any of existing opensource simple ecommerce scripts - ideally in PHP. I can consider Wordpress or opencart but I dont want to install any advanced plugins.
