Problem statement: In Manufacturing plant we face issue of many visitors from other Company Locations . There is no uniformity in seeking approvals to visit the plant. We get request via phone calls/ mails/ sometimes people plainly enter the plant on adhoc basis. Following are the key points which we want to have on this app- We want to set up an IT app enabled process by which the visiting employee can float a request and we need to have multiple approvers on site given the numerous verticals working on site.
