Hello, I am the founder a new recruitment business in the UK. I have 15 years experience of recruiting and running teams within the tech space. I have recently started a new recruitment agency focussing on a niche within the Ecommerce space. I am looking to hire flexible, part time, freelance (self employed) Recruitment Consultants. You will ideally be based in the UK, Europe, USA or South Africa. Your written and spoken English must be very good and you have must have at least 5 years experience within the recruitment/HR space. Our clients are based in the UK and Europe, so you must be happy to work hours that are suitable for speaking to candidates in the UK. Your main focus will be to source, screen (telephone/skype) and submit candidates for roles we have. You will managed the candidate process throught to offer and negotiation stage. Due to the nature of you being remote and flexible, we have a sensible hiring target. You would be working on up to 2 to 5 roles at anyone time. We are seeking 1 or 2 hires a month. This is not a commisson based role. We would be paying you for hours worked. Whilst we will not micro manage we do have a very slick and hitech cloud based ATS systems that track activity, emails sent etc. We can discuss this further. This role would be ideal for perhaps an experienced agency or internal recruiter, that is looking to work 2 or 3 days a week in total. So you can work the hours around your life. Just as long as the candidates get spoken to and you make a couple of hires a month. We would expect the first month to be building a pipleline of candidates. Month 2 interviews and then offers from month 3. Hourly rate dependant upon experience. I am also seeking someone that can focus more on the Client Manager side. Real estate brokerage looking for an experienced appointment setter for recruiting new agents to begin immediately. We are looking for someone to call real estate agents to setup PHONE appointments to speak with us. This is much easier than in person appointment setting. You should be able to manually dial 20-25 agents per hour and set 2-3 appointments per hour. We will pay a commission of $50 for every agent who signs up with us. We currently sign up 1 out of every 3 agents we speak to. Average income should be: 2.5 appointments / hour on a 4 hour shift = 10 appointments per day 5 days a week = 50 appointments per week 50 appointments * 33% = 16.5 agents signed up 16.5 * $50 = $825 20 hours per week $825 / 20 = $41.25 / hr We will provide a link to verify names of people you have sent us to ensure you are being paid for all of your signups.
