UNREAL Full Game Developer (Fortnite) and Artist

Hello dear Unreal Engine Developers,
Im looking for a Developer which can do the Game like Fortnite/The Cycle/Overwatch for PC.
We already have some Artist.
But we are looking for a Developer which lead the Game with Camera, Fighting, running etc.
We will use Assets on the Market to safe time and money, also we will use the fighting assets.
It will be with SWORD, Martial Arts, and Melee (Wind, Fire, Ice, Comet etc).
In a Open world like Fortnite. The Grafik should be better then fortnite, but we already working on 3D charakter and Enviornment.
So if you are or have a VFX Artist, 3D Artist, Enviornment Artist, concept artist or a Team.
So you are mostly Welcome to join.
I will need to come to your Compter by Teamviewer or Anydesk to see which games you done before and need to see you really done this on Unreal and are a good developer.
Pls show me your previous works for PC.
The Price etc we need to discuss too.
