3D scanning

I need several small plastic toys scanned and provided to me in .fbx format.

I am a writer and graphic artist. I need several plastic toys scanned and the 3D objects provided in .fbx (or other compatible formats) so I can upload the files into Blender, which is the 3D software I work with. I have tried with handheld 3D scanners and phone apps but the quality is not there. The objects are small - just a few inches, as per the example.
