Only bid if you can do it in a day's time !

Developer should set Windows 2003 SMTP Server to receive and store bounced and failed email messages in local folder.

When called, an ASP Component should go over the bounced messages and failed messages in the folder, and analyze their return address: [url removed, login to view], when userID is hashed. (We use a straight-forward hasing function will be supplied to winning bidder).

For each bounced / failed message, the relevant entry in the broadcast table will be marked as 'failed'. Step 4 will take place only if it was not already marked as failed. (This is done in order to prevent counting the same failure more than once.)

For every bounced / fail email, program will update the Members table, using the same scheme of soft/hard failure as described in article [url removed, login to view], and using the same rules as suggested in the article. (their demo code and support files are located at:

[url removed, login to view])

If a member&'s message hard-failed more than X times or soft-failed more than Y times, then uncheck the “receive email" checkbox in the members table.

You can assume the tables are of the following structure:

Member's Table:

UserId: Integer

HardFail: Integer

SoftFail: Integer

ReceiveEmail: bit

Broadcast Table:

BroadcastId: integer

MemberId: integer

MessageFailed: bit
