Asp.net contact form

1. Convert the form viewable at [login to view URL] into a workable asp.net form to run properly on the [login to view URL] website (which, according to the host, supports asp.net 2.0 and 3.5 (to be verified by developer)); the form should have all inputs properly validated (required field, email field, etc); 2. Features to be added/included: add second box for email and add validation controls to ensure entered email addresses are the same; add an anti-spam feature (e.g., user enters numbers/letters seen in an image); form user entries to be sent as email to me (email address will be provided); a copy of the user entries to be also sent to user's email; upon successful form submission, confirmation page to be: [login to view URL]; 3. Install the contact form and any required server-side code on the server, preferably in the "contact" folder to ensure proper function of the contact form; advise me of files installed and location; the form should open in new window as it currently does on the website. 4. By accepting the job, programmer certifies that the form will be his/her own original work and agrees that this is "work for hire" (the form and supporting code is mine to reuse, copy, etc).
