We have an asp.net, vb, mssql website which we want to make an addition. We want to show different content to users coming from Turkey and a different content users from rest of the world. We know that it's possible to check users location depending on their IP. If this is the method that you are going to use you need to find an up-to-date Turkish IP list. If not please share your thoughts. We prefer to have the ip list in the db instead of a web service (because free web services might not be dependable) The content that we are going to swap depending on location is a basic swf file. So if user is from turkey show a certain swf, if not show another swf. Nothing complicated. Budget for this project is under $100. I also want to note that I have many asp.net projects and looking for someone who is: dedicated, detail oriented, high quality coder, always available and fast, reasonably priced I want to build a long lasting relationship and build up a team with and work together for years.
