ASP p2p betting project

I have a project that is about half finished. It is an online p2p betting site that will allow users to bet against each other, creating their own money lines or browsing through them and betting against one already created. What i need is someone to finish off the script just adding some features to the main page (ie. Featured money lines), a members page where people can keep track of what they have bet on, how much they spent etc. (something like the ebay members page) I would also like to add a message system where users can send messages to each other.
