ASP.NET Database to Filter .csv Results

I've already had one provider commit to this job and not complete it, so I need it done quickly and efficiently. I will make this job very clear. If you have any doubt that you can complete the job or cannot complete it quickly, please do not bid on this job. -------------- I have several .csv documents and need a database developed to filter these results EXACTLY like this site does: [login to view URL] The database I'm requesting should FUNCTION exactly like the one above, but look slightly different (different color scheme, different layout, etc...). You can preview one of the csv documents for the database here: [login to view URL] (save file to your computer) There are 50 .csv documents (one for each state in the U.S.) ranging from 7,000kb to 693,000kb. I should be able to filter the results by geography (city, state, metro area, zip), employee size, revenue, etc... just as seen on the example site posted at the top of this job. Once the database is complete, I should be able to submit a search with my selected criteria and save the matching results to my computer in an Excel spreadsheet. I will not need a payment function or user database built into this job as it is on the example site. I just need the database and the ability to filter results to export to my computer. ---SUMMARY--- This job is to: 1) Develop the database to filter through these documents 2) Upload the .csv documents into the database 3) I will need temporary Windows hosting as I'm currently on Linux servers. I will get Windows hosting as soon as possible, but in the meantime will temporarily need to be hosted on provider's servers. I will be extremely grateful and a lifetime customer for whoever completes this job for me properly and in a timely manner.
