AS3 Programmer for MultiTouch Apps

We are looking for an experienced flash programmer (AS3) for the implementaiton of UI on multi-touch application. We have all the graphic worfiles and content completed. Familarity with the NUI or PQ labs API in an advantage. We currently have 2 applications that needs to be developed in a very tight timeframe. In brief, we need the interface to be done in AS3 programming, to be implemented on MULTITOUCH. We have the SDK for the multitouch ready.. Delivery timeframe is 1 week + .
