Academic Proof reader expert

I am looking for someone who can proof read a report that I have done and can provide me detailed revisions on what needs to be done to earn a better grade and critique my works in terms of academic writing and suggestions to improve to a spec that I will provide to ensure that I get the best grade and can make the report better. The report I have written is 2500 words long and the successful proof reader must have a degree in Travel and Tourism or relative experience and knowledge of special interest tourism specifically for this field and report. Also someone who is good with APA6 Referencing to check my referencing is correct. I will pay a small deposit via Freelancer of £10 via the award fee before the work commences alongside awarding the project and paying an award fee to whoever I feel is an adequate candidate, but MY TERMS of this are that I will only create and release a full milestone when I receive the full work. This is so that I can be assured that the quality of writing is right, subject topic, theme and also more over it covers every assignment point/the specification.
