This consists of 1) (90%) An individual presentation on a specific application area of Big Data, aimed at an audience of advanced database students. You should submit your slides and supporting notes through Blackboard. The presentation will be delivered in class and should be 15 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes for questions. It should include (but not be limited to) the following: • The background to Big Data use within the application area • What are the sources of data? How is it collected and managed? Are there any problems/issues with the data collection? • How is the data being processed? What technologies are used? What outputs? • How has the use of Big Data impacted on the application area? What are the likely future developments/changes to the use of Big Data in this area? 2) (10%) A peer assessment exercise: You are required to submit feedback on each class presentation, using the attached form And i want this to be done in maximum 10 hours
