Develop a complete user friendly POS System that we will own

We need a POS System developed for a retailer with up to two hundred locations. Note: We are on the East Coast of the USA and would need to interface with the bidder during our normal work day.
This POS would contain it's own inventory, accounts receivable and payable, on line sales and warranty capability and all other back office requirements. Note: Or we may go with it as a POS that will feed into Quick Books Enterprise.
This system should be able to track product by product code and serial number.
A list of the specific capability needed is pasted below:
Note: We are placing Bar Codes on all our products. All different product types (about 150 right now) will have sequential serial numbers. Product bar codes are being placed on the product, on the box, and a product bar code is being placed on the carton showing the serial numbers of the products inside. The POS System will need to be able to support all three.
This system needs to be very user friendly with drop down windows (dash board type) that is completely compatible with all the Windows operation systems from Windows XP forward.
THE POS SYSTEM WILL NEED, AS A MINIMUM, TO SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING.
1. Products scanned at factory overseas when shipped out to distributors world-wide.
2. Products scanned again when received by distributors. We should be able to verify immediately that products are received, but, if any missing it should be flagged.
3. When then products are shipped out again, whether to a Kiosk, wholesaler, distributor, retailer or end user, the product will continue to be scanned. The final phase is when the end user scans the bar code for warranty registration and address info is also linked to the final location. In short, we need to be able to type in the product code and serial number and find out where any product is.
4. The system will need to be able to update the inventory real time.
5. Provide warranty registration capability and a RADIO button for RMA and return policy
