PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POSTING AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS. Please apply ONLY if you are experienced in performing the tasks listed below for United States companies. We use QuickBooks Pro 2011. These tasks only require approximately 3 hours a month. We need a long term commitment. TASKS: - Categorize transactions. - Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and Paypal payments. - Payroll for one person, paid once a month. - Prepare W2 to SSA. (ADVISE if you have the ability to transmit this form) - Prepare annual form 940. - Prepare quarterly form 941. - Prepare quarterly state of Nevada UI Tax. - Prepare quarterly state of Nevada Modified Business Tax. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH YOUR BID: 1) Advise how information would be sent between us and how our QuickBooks program would be updated. We do NOT subscribe to QB online. 2) What are your protocols for keeping our information secure? 3) Do you have the ability to produce our corporate taxes ?

I am experienced in following areas: oHandling all A/R & A/P oGenerating oMonthly Reports oCollections oBank Account reconciliations oProcess Payroll oQuarterly Tax Filing oW2/W3, 1099/1096 Preparation I have over 3 years experience in the performing the tasks mentioned above. I am also well experienced in the use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel. Also as requested by you, here are the answers to your questions: Ans for 1: For communication purposes I will use Freelancer. However if required I can communicate through email and phone as well. Regarding the use of your QuickBooks software, if I can be given remote access to a computer that has your QB software I should be able to update the work on your database. Ans for 2: All communication will occur through freelancer and if required I am willing to sign a NDA. Ans for 3: I am able to process Federal payroll taxes, State UI Taxes and Filing Form 940. However I am unable to file corporate taxes.
