This would result in receiving a factual report to the General Partner of the LPA, setting out the procedures that we agree to be performed and the results of those procedures. It would be up to accountant exactly what procedures we would want accountant to perform but we would propose the following as a starting point:
Agree the investment holdings and valuation held to the independent broker statement
Confirm the cash at year end to independent confirmation (e.g. broker/bank statements)
Confirm the total proceeds received for the bond have been invested with the brokers.
