Create and Manage Employee Payroll system

I have a client who needs help automating and overseeing their payroll system. They work with ADP payroll services so you need to be very familiar with their systems and services. My client has many employees who sometimes forget to log in and out for their shifts. We need someone who can work with ADP and my client to help create a simple but accurate payroll tracking system. Most of the employees speak Spanish, so it would be a plus if you did, too. Please let me know of your past experience with payroll systems and if you have knowledge of ADP systems and processes.
