Add a Formula to a Crystal Report

We have a report developed in Crystal 9 that pulls records from 1 table and produces output in a certain format. We want to add a calculation to the report: a percentage value, based on 2 other values that the report is already showing. Please see attached files: Crystal file and sample report. We want to: 1. Add a percentile of the Form Score (175 in the sample) divided by the Questionnaire Max Score (285 in the sample). 2. Place that value between the Form Score: 175 (please add the ":") and Rank Good (please add the ":") I know this is an extremely simple "project", but we want to outsource our Crystal requests and concentrate in other areas of the software solution. This same report is very likely to be modified in the very near future, and we will also need to create a new report in Crystal 8.5 from scratch.
