Advertising Based Portal

Project is a complete website designed around a portal for a wifi hotspot. Need ability to add advertising in various sizes to the site allowing the purchasing advertiser to add, change and see statistics about their ad. This site needs to be built from the ground up including but not limited to: color, logo design, layout is be based around an information portal containing news, stocks and sports. Ease of use is a must! Ongoing support and ad design will be necessary.
