Adsense with google Images indexed

Hi I have a network of blogs where it get my traffic, But problem here is, Most of my visitors land through google images, So i cant cash those visitors as they just leave after viewing the image.. I need someone experienced who can tell me how to deal with this problem and how to convert google images traffic into fruitful visitors, I get traffic on search links too, Experienced person required. If problem solved on one blog, then i have many! Thanks
