Shoot an Advertisement with Indian Actors

Hi, Is the shoot to be held in Delhi or NCR? Is this a photo shoot or TV commercial? Do I have to just direct the ad or do the photography/videography as well? What about editing and post production? Will you provide the actors? How many? Will you provide the camera and lights? Do you have the space and props for the shoot? Can you give the product details? I can do the direction and also photography/videography, if all the others (product, camera & lights, photographer, actors, space, props) are provided in Delhi/NCR.
