We have a windows server 2008 running on amazon with IIS 7.0

We need to utilize amazon SES to send mail using SMTP.

However, amazon SES is not directly supported in the .net SMTP client, as amazon SES needs TLS, while .net only supports ssl. I'm not familar with the exact details

We need to get the server configured, so we can send Mail from .Net using the default SMTP client. This could probably be done with some port forwarding so .Net isn't aware of TLS

Hi :) This is quite straightforward. I can fix this for you and get your Windows server emailing via SES no problem. Thanks, Gary
