Every 5 minutes, get location (gps) and save it on database. If device is asleep, wake up with screen off, get location, save it on database and lock the device. About getting location: If location is not avaiable, wait no more than 1 minute, get it, save on database and lock device. Next try will be after 4 minutes to get location (if some or no location was gotten). Dont need a interface, cause it must be a Service or something in background. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Must work on Android 2.2+ Do not use Google Play Services ps: sorry about my poor English, guys
