Bluetooth discovery plugin for Phonegap

I need someone to develop a plugin for Phonegap (if needed install it too) that will allow me to query the Bluetooth of any iOS or Android phone and search for devices that are discover-able. The returned list should contain the name, id, mac and any other unique information. I only want to see devices that are nearby, not ones already added/paired. I would like to call this function at least once every 10 seconds. If you can do this, please send me a Phonegap APK example so I can test it out to see if it works (make the lists export on the main screen).
