Add Bluetooth BLE Support to IOIO hardware board (Dual Mode bluetooth) -- 2

I'm using the following open source hardware board [login to view URL] which has java libraries to interface with an Android phone via Bluetooth SPP. I need to update the firmware on the ioio otg board to work over bluetooth BLE. At the moment it supports classic bluetooth (spp). The code uses the Bluetooth stack from [login to view URL] the btstack makers have the BLE support code already done with DUAL mode, so it should be easy to take that code and update the ioio otg firmware to work with that. The ioio otg board needs to support DUAL Mode so if the Android Device supports BLE it needs to use BLE and if the device supports SPP it needs to switch to SPP automatically. Once the ioio otg firmware is updated with the Dual Mode support, the ioio Android Java Libraries need to be updated to support dual Mode as well, so some tweaks will need to be done on the Android Java Librariers to support Dual Mode i.e. BLE and SPP , this is the library that needs to be updated [login to view URL] When bidding let me know if you have an ioio otg board or not. The next project after this will be looking at porting the Android Java BLE Libraries to work with iOS, so if you also have iOS experience that will be benficial.
