Android App Update and port

I have an existing app that I would like to make some changes to. App is here - [login to view URL] I would like to make the following changes: -fix paid app which doesn't work but is same app minus ads, just with need to pay for it to download it -discuss option of recoding program in javascript if that will make it easier to port to iphone, windows mobile (please include a note in your bid explaining how much more it would cost for this option) -fix error with alarm not going off every day -create a save button for after entering goal check offs -allow for reminder alarm options -change layout to be like image here [login to view URL] -ability to have background images in program -look at existing crash reports and fix those problems -few other small changes
